FOUNDER’S WORDS.
When I started Markbridge Consulting Group, I didn’t want to build another recruitment agency. I wanted to build a company that changes how organizations think about talent.
Over the years, I observed a common challenge across growing businesses — hiring was often reactive, rushed, and disconnected from long-term business strategy. Companies were competing for the same visible talent, facing rising salary inflation, struggling with retention, and scaling without workforce planning.
That is where the vision for Markbridge began.
I strongly believe that hiring should not be treated as a transactional activity.
